RHSTEP’s Aparajeyo Tarunno (UYP), Gaibandha organized a hybrid webinar titled “Facilitate Webinars, and Conferences for Alumni to Share Experiences and Best Practices-01” on 18 August 2026. The webinar aimed to create a platform for youth to exchange experiences and learn how technology and creative skills can support their education, personal development, and future careers.

The program was moderated by Mentor Tuba Rahman and chaired by Project Officer Mst. Asfia Khatun. Unit Manager Md. Enamul Haque delivered the welcome remarks, highlighting the importance of technology-based skills in today’s world.

The first session, conducted through Zoom, introduced participants to the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), photography, and video editing. Facilitator Hiron Chandra Barman discussed how AI can support learning, information gathering, writing, planning, and everyday activities, alongside basic approaches to photography and creative video production.

The second session provided participants with an opportunity to share their experiences and reflect on how skills gained through RHSTEP activities can contribute to their education, personal development, communication, creativity, leadership, and future careers.

The webinar encouraged young people to view technology not only as a source of entertainment but also as a tool for learning, creativity, and skill development. It also promoted peer learning and encouraged participants to use their skills and potential to contribute to positive change in their communities.

The event concluded with appreciation for the participants and a prize distribution ceremony, marking the successful completion of an engaging and knowledge-sharing initiative.
