A special awareness program was held today at Mironjilla Harijan City Colony to ensure the overall well-being of adolescents. The main theme of the session was “Integrated Health Approach for the Mental, Physical, and Social Development of Adolescents.”

The program focused on key issues related to adolescent physical and mental health, along with discussions on the harmful impacts of child marriage. Special emphasis was given to engaging parents and guardians in understanding these challenges and their role in supporting adolescents’ healthy development.

The session was conducted and facilitated by Mentor Dipa Rani. Other team members involved in organizing and supporting the program included Program Officer Yubaida Anjum Saba, Graphics Designer Saimma Akhtar, Communication Officer Suriya Jannat Sumi, and Multimedia Trainer Ahadul Siraj.

Approximately 20 parents and community advocates from Mironjilla Harijan City Colony actively participated in the program, contributing to meaningful discussions and sharing their perspectives.

Overall, the program strengthened community awareness on adolescent well-being and highlighted the importance of collective responsibility in ensuring a healthy, supportive, and informed environment for young people.
